I ordered from Atlantic Firearms, the main thing that stood out to me was the communication. I did get updates, so I’ll give them credit for that, but they felt a bit slow and not always very clear about what was actually happening. Nothing went terribly wrong, and my questions were answered eventually, but it would’ve been nice if the status emails or replies had included a little more detail. Overall, it was an okay experience, just not quite a 5-star one for me

The order itself was fine, no real issues there. But I had to contact support and it just felt a little unprofessional. Their replies were really short and not super helpful, and I kind of felt like I was bothering them, well, not kind of, I definitely got that vibe. Everything else was okay, but the customer service experience left a bad taste.

I tried reaching out to customer service a few times and, i’m not sure if my messages were getting missed or what. It took way longer than I expected to get a reply, and when someone finally got back to me, it didn’t really solve much. Maybe I just had bad timing, but it wasn’t a great experience.

I only had to call once, and a real person picked up quickly. Compared to other places where I’ve been stuck waiting on hold or dealing with automated menus forever, this was a much smoother experience.

It took a little longer than I expected, but it was still fine. There’s just something about it that made me not too bothered by the wait.

The gun ran fine once I cleaned it up, but the finish was already scratched and the sights was feeling a little off. For the price, I expected better quality

I tried using a promo code that clearly said it was valid, but of course checkout wouldn’t accept it. I reached out to support, and they didn’t really do much besides point me in circles. Feels like the deal was advertised, but then they made it my problem when it didn’t work...

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with a surplus rifle, and I kind of figured it might be rough. There is some wear here and there, but it’s in better shape than I expected. Maybe I just got lucky, but overall it seems decent to me.

I’ve been keeping an eye on Atlantic Firearms for a couple rifles I’m interested in, but it feels like they’re either out of stock all the time or they disappear almost immediately. Their prices seem fair compared to a lot of other sites, which is why I keep checking back, but it’s frustrating when the listing is up and you still can’t actually buy it. Some competitors seem to have better availability, even if their prices are a little higher.

In my experience, the order was correct and everything seemed to be included just as I expected.
